Summer’s Over

But the memories live on

The Wives have been busy this summer traveling, writing, sweating and managing the vibes. In July, we met up at 2000 Trees festival in the Cotswolds during an unprecedented heatwave. While the area was sorely lacking in air con, the charm, rock and roll music and good company more than made up for the staggering heat.

Check out our latest episodes with special guests Syma Espiritu and Grace Rountree.

Episode 91

Pour yourself a glass of sauvignon blanc and put your feet up because we’re back this week with a triple Taurus in the house! The Wives welcome vivacious entrepreneur Syma Espiritu to the show for a great chat about her experiences in the wine industry, marketing, tour life and her latest venture with the Women Who Rock organization in Pittsburgh, focusing on desperately needed research in women's health. Also, why it's important to bring good vibes, good vino and say goodbye to toxic relationships.

Episode 92

With the illustrious and magical Grace Rountree, we talk all things Disney, including why you should never be the first person to bring someone to the park. We discuss how to embrace life’s second chances and the hard but rewarding work of animal welfare. We do our damndest to get Woofstock adopted and struggle to define ourselves with one single theme song.

Coheed + TBS Summer Tour

Living it up on Northerly Island in Chicago early in the tour. Exploring the marina and considering whether or not we would make good Yacht Wives.

From the Midwest, to the Atlantic Coast, to Texas, Red Rocks, and up the West Coast culminating in the final tour dates at the dreamy McMenamins and Chateau Ste. Michelle up in the Pacific Northwest, Coheed and TBS pulled out all the stops and blew us away this summer. We had the absolute best time on the road together and can’t believe it’s already over.

Back home, back to life, back to reality

Now that the dream-team tour is over, we’re back home working on creative and home renovation projects while staying busy transporting our children to and from their myriad of afterschool activities and enrichment adventures. Our husbands are still traveling on and off for the rest of the year, so wish us luck and send us wine as we maneuver back to school after that fever dream of a summer.

We’ll be back with new guests interviews and short-and-sweet minisodes ASAP.
